With many of the bands that rocked the 1980s, being spread all across different subgenres of rock n' roll, glam-metal most definitely made its impression during the latter half of the decade. With groups such as Motley Crue and Bon Jovi having their biggest success at the time, so was Poison, formed in 1983 by lead vocalist Bret Michaels, guitarist Matt Smith, bassist Bobby Dall, and drummer Rikki Rockett.
Having had success with their debut album, Look What The Cat Dragged In, their second album is on the same page as their previous outing. Their sophomore album, Open Up And Say... Ahh!, found massive success around the world, most notably reaching the number 2 spot on the US Billboard 200 chart.
